At iFramesLK, we strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted framed collectibles and accessories. Every item is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise during transit. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and offer replacements. By purchasing from iFramesLK, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective due to our error (e.g., packing or production fault).

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong model or color).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on customer preference changes such as “changed my mind,” “didn’t like the style,” or “ordered by mistake.”

2. Return Request Window

  • You must request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

3. Proof Required for Returns

To ensure fairness and transparency for both parties, the following must be provided at the time of return request:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue upon opening the package.

  • Photographic evidence highlighting the defect or incorrect item.

Failure to provide adequate proof will result in the return being denied.

4. Approval and Processing

  • Once the evidence is reviewed and the return is approved, we will initiate a free replacement for eligible cases.

  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or store credit upon mutual agreement.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.

5. Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or damaged due to poor packaging), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customers must use the shipping method provided or approved by iFramesLK.

  • If the customer chooses to return an item through an unapproved courier, we are not liable for loss or damage during transit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation.

  • Custom-made or personalized frames.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Frames showing signs of use or alteration.

7. Repeated Return Abuse

iFramesLK reserves the right to deny future purchases or block users who demonstrate suspicious return behavior, such as repeated claims without valid proof or abuse of the return system.

8. Legal Compliance

This Return Policy complies with applicable e-commerce consumer protection regulations under the laws of Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction).

We aim to resolve disputes fairly, but in case of any unresolved issues, claims must be addressed through the legal system of the jurisdiction based on the buyer’s location.
